To help lead and guide you on this journey, we’ve put together some of Desmond’s favourite recipes. These are simple, wholesome and nutritious and easy to prepare.
No Egg Mayonnaise
- 10 parts olive oil
- 4 parts soya milk
- 2 parts lemon
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Spoonful of mustard
Just blend together and it’s ready.
Pate
- Wheat sprouts
- Sunflower seed sprouts
- Well soaked nuts (skimmed almonds for example)
Simply blend together. Once it’s mixed up add Umi Suu, herbs de provence, cayenne pepper and garlic to taste. Be cautious with the seasoning, less is more.
Tahini
- 10 parts tahini
- 10 parts water
Blend together, then squeeze 1 or 1 ½ lemons and mix in with garlic salt to taste.
Rejuvalac
- 1 cupful of wheat sprouts
- 2 litres of water
Let it stand at room temperature for around 4 days or so until potent. Drink as much as you want.
Fruit Smoothie
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 sweet apple
- 1 meaty avocado
- 1 spoonful of ginger
Blend together by hand or in a mixer and drink.
