You Are What You Eat

What we eat is at the core of who we are. The P.H. (acid/alkali) balance of our food and the purity of what we put into our bodies, are parts of our surrender to the system of detox. Food and water feed our cells, and feed our emotions. From how we chew, to the ingredients we choose, there is a direct link between the earth and ourselves.

We all accept that how we feel is inextricably linked to what we consume, yet modern Western culture sometimes leads us to consume too much of the wrong stuff – poisoning our bodies and our minds. We should be choosing food for its vitality, but instead we often choose what to eat based on convenience.

When the colon is congested with stagnant waste, poisons accumulate then pollute the inner environment. This is called auto-intoxication, literally self poisoning, and will affect all our tissue. Processed foods, which have been dead for months or years, and which have come to us via factories rather than straight from the farm, make his auto-intoxication worse.

When poisons back up into the nervous system, we feel irritable and depressed. We feel weak if they back up into the heart, bloated if they reach the stomach and our breath is foul if they reach the lungs. If the toxins back up into our skin it becomes shallow and wrinkled. This build up also results in an overall feeling of tiredness, a lack of enthusiasm and a diminished sex drive.

It’s no wonder so many of us feel so ill. In fact, on average around 30% of us suffer from some form of digestive illness. In the UK for example, cancers of the digestive tract are the second major cause of death after heart disease. The frightening thing is that the figures are getting worse.

The good news is that by taking the course you’ll begin learning how to mitigate these risks, take control of your digestive system and set it on a healthier, happier path. The Kahuna detox is a system of purification, a way to end the issues arising from a leaky gut and correct imbalances throughout the body.

Unlike other courses, this is not a modern system, it has been handed down over generations, tried, tested and refined to produce safe, long lasting results.

One of the key takeaways from the course is clarity of vision – a view of ourselves and the world that is crystal clear. It’s about pressing the reset button to get a complete range of holistic benefits, going beyond good physical health and entering a realm of total body and mind health.

Remember, The Kahuna deep tissue detox needs long term commitment. After the course, it’s about developing and evolving what you learn, on a path to a brighter future. That means careful about your diet and nutrition and a daily intention to eat better.
